The owners of the True Brew Café pride themselves on bringing the very best family-friendly musical offerings they can find to the South County community.They provide a warm, intimate environment not only for the audience members but also for amateur and professional performers alike.

All performers are required to audition. Following the audition process, semi-professional and professional performers are invited to stage their own shows (Light Opera, Musical Revues, Showcases) in the café. Members of the community are also invited to audition. If chosen, they are given a wonderful, special opportunity to participate in The True Brew Café
Cabaret Shows.
